Full payment is required before image delivery.

PHOTO READY

All properties should be photo-ready when I arrive. Click for Photo Ready Checklist. I highly recommend a professional home staging consultation prior to photography, as home stagers know how to get a property picture perfect! If you need a referral to one I would be happy to provide.

Due to liability of potentially damaging furniture, flooring, walls, decor, etc, I do not move furniture, treadmills, kitchen appliances, dog crates, etc. I also do not touch bathroom supplies so please be sure your client has removed all personal hygiene items from showers and bathtubs.

If I notice a pillow on a bed isn't sitting correctly or a mattress is showing, I will try to make it look as best as possible, but overall the property should be ready to go when I arrive.

RESCHEDULING DUE TO WEATHER

Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not pouring rain. The sky will be made to look blue and sunny. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to my next available appointment.

USAGE RIGHTS

All of our images are copyrighted (intellectual property of Kelly Colson Photography), and our images are licensed to you for use. We are committed to protecting the interests, intellectual property rights, and livelihood of our company.

Real Estate Property Shoot: The real estate agent or client is granted Temporary Usage Rights to use those images until the property is either sold or goes off the market. Once it has been sold, you must purchase permanent usage rights* to continue using for your marketing purposes. These are the most common usage rights, for MLS listings. Do not distribute your images to someone who has not obtained usage rights from Kelly Colson Photography.

ON SITE CANCELLATION

Cancellation after arriving on property at appointment time: $200

availability of Photos after appointment

Images will be available for download for 6 months. After 6 months the images will be removed.
